Since all the items at Bees and Buttercups Gift Shop are handmade, no two items are exactly the same. Some small natural defects may occur & should not affect the use of the product.

PAYMENTS

Payment is required at time of sale. We accept cash (at festivals only)  or credit/Paypal as forms of payment. Sorry no checks of any kind or debit cards unless debit/credit.  If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay credit card via their site, or an invoice can be sent to you. E-checks will not be shipped until payment is confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel the sale on those customers that frequently purchase without the completion of payment. We also reserve the right to leave appropriate feedback if payment is not received within 3 hours unless other arrangements have been made.

Items on reserve will remain so for 3 days. Unless other arrangements have been made, these items will be returned to standard listing after this time. Items can be removed from reserve at our discretion, if we feel the customer is not serious about their purchase.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill an order, the customer will be contacted & payment including shipping will be refunded to the customer unless other arrangements have been made.

RETURN POLICY

Returns can be made within 7 days of original purchase for exchange or refund to merchandise in original condition with receipt. Return will be given to original form of payment. No refunds on candles, soaps, lotions, lip balm, lip gloss or any other beauty items. Defective merchandise is subject to managers approval. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange.

It is important to remember that while we do our very best to choose the brightest & clearest gemstones, they do come from the earth. We consider natural inclusions a part of their beauty. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please let is know & we will be happy to arrange an exchange or return. 

Please note shipping fees will bot be refunded on returned items. Additional shipping fees may also apply for exchanged items. 

Custom orders are non refundable. If there are any concerns with the quality of the items received, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your order. 

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship via USPS, first class mail. Rush orders require an additional shipping fee. Arrangements will need to be made before placing your order.

Shipping costs do not include registered mail or insurance. Please contact us if you would like to add any of these to your order.

Your items will be shipped to the address on your Paypal account. If you would like to ship elsewhere, please contact us before placing your order

Custom orders will not be shipped until final payment has been received. 

Please contact us if you would like us to ship an item internationally that is not currently listed as an international ship item. We will set up a 'custom shipment' for you.  All internationally shipped items may require the payment of duties and custom fees. They are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs organization for more information. Please allow a minimum of 14 days to receive your international order. 

Shipping will not be refunded on returned items. See our return policy above for more information.

All pieces are wrapped with care. If you would require gift wrapping, please let us know. We are always happy to add a special note with your order.  

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders can be made upon request. All custom work requires payment in full before the order is complete. 100% of the order is due for custom orders under $200 before we begin order creation. A 50% deposit is acceptable to begin creating orders $200 or more. Customers should be aware the remaining 50% is due upon completion of the order. Items will not be shipped until final payment is received. We do our best to keep clients updated during the design and creation process.

Custom orders are nonrefundable. Please view our return policy above for additional information.

Custom orders will hold for 1 week unless other arrangements are made. If payment is not received, the custom item will be un-reserved & made available for sale in the shop.

JEWELRY CARE

Please use care when handling each jewelry piece. To keep being tarnished or scratched, we recommend avoiding wear in the shower or pool. After prolonged wear, some may become tarnished. Please use the appropriate cleaning solution & cloth to restore them to their natural shine. We do not recommend wearing our jewelry during sports activities or to bed due to the delicate nature of some of the materials.
